Pakistan’s batting lineup delivered a strong performance in the ACC U19 Asia Cup 2024 match. Shahzaib Khan was the star of the innings, scoring a magnificent 159 runs off 147 balls. Along with Usman Khan’s 60 runs, Pakistan posted a competitive total of 281 for 7 in 50 overs. Their 160-run opening partnership laid the foundation for a big score.
India’s 13-Year-Old Star Vaibhav Suryavanshi Struggles
All eyes were on India’s young talent, Vaibhav Suryavanshi, just 13 years old and recently bought by Rajasthan Royals for ₹1.1 crore in the IPL 2025 auction. However, Vaibhav couldn’t live up to expectations and was dismissed for just 1 run off 9 balls by Pakistan pacer Ali Raza.
